Abstract :
In this paper, the current situation of information technology and administrative process management technology were analyzed. At the same time, the shortages of government affair information engineering were pointed out. The necessity and feasibility of business process reengineering were discussed too. After studying the traditional flow management, the author put forward an event-oriented scheme for an actual case. In the course of Business Process Reengineering, Rational Unified Process technology was used to build software model.
