Abstract :
A manufacturing execution system oriented to spinning workshop is developed to analyze the production characteristics and management levels of spinning workshop in the textile enterprises. System structure, data processing and main functions are designed according to the practical requirements. Management principles of MES, ERP, as well as device control systempsilas correlations are elaborated. We also introduce the integration interface between MES and ERP, and the communication protocol and data collection technology between MES and DCS. The project implements the management and control modules including preparing production plans, production process control, and statistics and analysis of the production data. It can achieve a fast reaction from production process.
