Construction and improvement of on-line teaching environment of adult education

The application of computer and multimedia technology will help improve the quality of adult education and scientific management, and it provides a platform to adult higher education teaching, educational administration, student management. Based on the characteristic of adult learning, attention of this paper is concentrated on the drawbacks of present on-line teaching environment of adult education, the function of on-line teaching platform which should be improved is put forward for constructing harmonious on-line teaching environment.
