  • Abstract
    This paper dealt with research for key technologies of electric quantity and billing based on trial standard C++. Special emphasis was put on used open libraries, such as standard library, Boost library and Oralib library; it also discussed common design errors with the use of C++ and correct design philosophy, detailed key technologies applied in billing, for instance, the application of data access framework and handle, etc.
