Abstract :
This paper concentrates on the effect due to non linear loading when renewable energy sources fuel cell and photovoltaic panels are used. Ripple current get induced in the system due to the non linear loading. Which affect the life time of the fuel cell and causes power loss in photovoltaic panel. Even though many ripple mitigation techniques are available this paper uses a ripple current mitigation technique of sliding mode control of inverter.
