Abstract :
This paper presents a method for the EMI analysis of printed circuit boards (PCBs), having arbitrarily shaped reference planes and transmission line structures with nonlinear components attached. A method of simulator coupling is presented to account for both, arbitrarily shaped reference planes and nonlinear components, which provides accurate results for the current distribution on transmission lines and reference planes as well as for the radiated fields
