Abstract :
This paper proposes a coupled method of FEM and MPS (moving particle semi-implicit) method for analyzing the electromagnetic levitation of a molten metal, In this method, magnetic field is calculated by FEM and fluid motion equation of a molten metal is calculated by MPS method.
