Abstract :
Abstracted by the great advantages of cloud, more and more business applications are moving towards cloud and deliver their functions to the public. Therefore, from the perspective of cloud user, it is of significance to evaluate and discriminate the QoS (quality of service) of functional-equivalent cloud services accurately, based on their respective historical records in the past. However, for a cloud service, its multiple historical records are of different importance, which brings a great challenge for accurate service quality evaluation. In view of this challenge, we put forward a Multi-dimensional Weighting Method named MWM, for the multiple historical records of a cloud service, so as to precisely predict the future service quality that is tailored to the new cloud users.
