Abstract :
Low-carbon economy is a model of sustainable development in low energy consumption, low-pollution, low-emission which is another significant progress following the agricultural and industrial civilization. It is the essence of the use of energy efficient, clean energy and green GDP, the core is that energy technologies and reduction of technological innovation, industrial structure and institutional innovation and development of human existence of fundamental change.
