Abstract :
Ohba NHPP models are wide used to discuss the software reliability.We present the necessary & sufficient conditions for the likelihood estimates to be finite, positive, and unique. Results are given for either grouped failure data or ungrouped failure data, we easily apply these results to original G-O model.
