Title :
An approach to quality of service control in telecommunication networks
Author_Institution :

Abstract :
This paper presents a simple approach to quality of service control in telecommunication networks. A new model is proposed which is analyzed using concepts from perturbation theory. It is shown that under certain assumptions the model is exponentially stable. The application of optimal control to the proposed model is outlined
