Abstract
Put forward the concept of multilevel hybrid power system of pneumatic-Fuel Vehicle, composed of the gasoline engine and pneumatic motor which is droved by the admixture of compressed air and engine exhaust gas so as to improve the dynamics. The dynamics simulating models of the multilevel hybrid power vehicle, pneumatic vehicle and traditional vehicle are set up and the performance of their dynamics and fuel consumption are analyzed in AMEsim. The study indicates that the performance of dynamics and fuel consumption for the pneumatic-fuel multilevel hybrid power vehicle are improved higher compared to the pneumatic vehicle and the traditional gasoline vehicle.
