Research and application about image file in BPO system of insurance

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is to outsource some repetitive, non-core or core business processes to outside provider to reduce production cost and improve service quality. Insurance BPO means the process of assigning professional provider to complete data input of Policy Application. There are some difficulties in the process of building management system, this paper points out the cause of the most important technical difficulty that Image File Storage occurred in the implementation of Insurance BPO system, In this paper, the prototype of Insurance BPO system has been implemented by solving the problem of Image File Storage through managing unstructured data by Enterprise Content Management(ECM) tools. The method we proposed can also be used as a reference to the implementation of similar systems.
