Abstract :
This paper presents a wind electric conversion system composed of: permanent magnet synchronous generator, three-phase diode rectifier, DC/DC buck converter, PWM voltage inverter and transformer feeding a network. The PWM voltage inverter current controllers impose that the mains currents will have near sinusoidal waveforms with unity power factor, leading to a high quality power delivered to the mains. The most elaborated system control the active and reactive power and is appropriate to the large power plants. The numerical simulations uses Matlab-Simulink environment.
