Exploration on the reform to teaching of basis of computer engineering in universities

This essay discusses about the numerous problems existing today in relation to the education of basis of computer engineering in university, based on the investigation and analysis of the level of basic computer knowledge of freshman during their first semester from 2008-2009 in Shenyang Agriculture University. It proposes practical methodology of education and teaching reform against these conflicts in the hope that it will physically improve the teaching quality and results and improve the students´ practice and hands-on ability fundamentally.
