Abstract :
Since the concept of human resources in China lag behind state-owned enterprises, employment mechanism and performance evaluation mechanism unscientific, irrational distribution system and remuneration and other reasons, resulting in the loss of knowledge workers transition to the enterprise caused many adverse effects. Therefore, the Chinese state-owned enterprises should update the human resources through the concept of flexible employment to establish a scientific mechanism to improve the performance appraisal system and the interests of the distribution system, improve the remuneration levels, strengthening training and development and other effective measures to attract and retain the original belongs to the enterprise Knowledge workers for the fast development of enterprises to create favorable conditions for human resources.
