Abstract
Suppliers´ capacity-load balance is an important indicator of the steady development of supply chain as well as an important tool of risk prevention for supply chain. Ensuring a supplier to get proper amount of order during the manufacturer´s order allocation can guarantee that the supplier obtains good efficiency, and ensure that the delivery time, quality and so on will meet purchase requirements. Through the analysis of the meaning of supplier capacity-load balance, the present paper probes into the significance of suppliers´ capacity-load balance, presents an evaluation model for capacity load balance and a multi-supplier order allocation method based on supplier capacity load balance.
