Abstract :
Supermarket´s competitiveness is greatly linked to the vendor and its performance is easily affected by the risk caused the vendor, so evaluating vendor´s risk is of important. In this paper, index evaluation system was established from a risk point of view using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The system can appraisal the vendor´ risk through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method. In the last part of this paper, an example is given to use the system, and the evaluation result demonstrates that the system is effective and help the management better understand the vendor´ risk, thus active measures can be take to control the risk.
