Abstract :
This paper will give analysis about the existing online business agent by investigate two samples in two different online selling area. The two online agent samples are from IKEA.co.uk and ebay.co.uk respectively. In order to analysis Anna, the IKEA online agent and Louise, the eBay online agent, certain human-computer interactive indicator will be given. After comparison the advantage and disadvantages of them, this paper will give a conclusion and bring up a new type of online agent form, which will be more convenient for people and will be more personalized.
