  • Abstract
    In recent years, along with the development of urban mass transit, the IP-based data transmission through network has greatly increased. However, the contemporary research on urban transit backbone transmission system with narrowband TDM and broadband services is still facing great challenges in selection of technology and networking. In the light of the characteristics of urban mass transit, and the development trend of carrying network, this article makes a comparative analysis of several typical backbone transport systems, and then discusses rational selection of technology and networking.
