Abstract
Nonprofit organization has become one of the important driving forces for a national social and economic development. However, faced to resources scarcity, competition is the main ways and means veiwed as the pursuit of organizational goals and mission by nonprofit organization manager. Thus, it begins with competition nature of the exclusively nonprofit market and deling its competitive prerequisite, and uses Poter´s Five Forces model to reveal the competitive environment and situation in this market, then analyzes its competitive intensity, which has important significance to guide nonprofits to compete effectively and avoid the inefficiency of competition.
