  • Abstract
The working process of some diesel fuel injector with two different needle guide diameters is simulated by HYDSIM and FIRE. The paper compares two injectors in systemic capability, the distribution of fuel pressure and cavity and spray quality. The simulation results evaluate the capability of two injectors and provides theoretical basis for design and manufacture of injector.
