Currently, in early u-learning environment, interactions between an instructor and learners are done in many ways. Especially, when performing a team project or task, it is very important to interact between an instructor and learners. There are various tools; a web-board, e-mail, a messenger, a cellular phone and so on. Each method using a certain tool has different features. Therefore, it is also different in satisfaction, feedback time and efficiency. In this paper, we extract the features of various methods and compare them. And we suggest what methods and strategies must be used in the certain situation. The suggested interactive methods and strategies according to the situation will be basic study, which will be used to promote interactions between an instructor and learners or to build interactive system.
