Abstract :
Regarding the high-tech listed companies, this paper preliminarily discusses the calculation of knowledge storage and regional knowledge level, and analyzes the relations between the knowledge storage and spillover and performance using panel data. The results express: some traditional factors such as growth, operation ability have prominent positive correlation with performance; the asset-liability ratio has notably negative relation with performance; and the knowledge storage has prominent positive correlation with performance; but Regional knowledge level hasn´t obvious facilitation to performance.
