Factors and evaluation of intellectual property strategic competitiveness in firm based on BSC

In the Knowledge Economy and International background, the competition of Intellectual Property Rights has become a new battle ground of enterprise competitive. Cultivation of intellectual property competitiveness of has become an important mission of enterprise´s strategy. This paper combines intellectual property of strategic competitiveness of enterprise to put forward the concept of intellectual property strategic competitiveness of enterprise. And using the balanced score card principle, to divide intellectual property strategic competitiveness of enterprise into four dimensions which including strategic financial competitiveness of intellectual property, strategic customer competitiveness of intellectual property, strategic process competitiveness of intellectual property, and strategic employees competitive of intellectual property. On the basis of that we clear up the influence factors of each dimension of enterprise´s intellectual property strategic competitiveness, and construct evaluation index system for it. Last we use the index system of enterprise´s intellectual property strategic competitiveness to analysis a case.
