Abstract :
Knowledge transfer is widely emphasized as a strategic issue for sustainable competitive advantage of an organization. This paper analyses peculiarities of propositional & procedural knowledge and the role of entrepreneurial aspects on the transfer of knowledge. Then it explains the meaning of entrepreneurial input and organizational form in which embodied knowledge migrating from the non-commercial to the commercial sphere. Finally, the paper points out the intrafirm organizational forms adapted to sustainable knowledge transfer.
