Abstract :
This study presents an evaluation system of software firm for evaluating the competency of software firms. According to resource-based theory, firm resource domain is comprised of man power, technology, market value, and finance. Customer satisfaction domain is comprised of product satisfaction and service satisfaction. The evaluation system presented on this study is tested on its effectiveness by conducting a case study on software firms.
