Abstract
This article explains the meaning and the features of university library knowledge services (KS), and analyzes the situation of KS in Chinese university libraries, points out the problems, and proposes to carry out subject characteristics knowledge services, innovate the service forms, share the resources, improve the management systems, develop the service fields and other optimization strategies.
