Abstract
With the advancement of information technology and the changes of the market environment, the management needs for the enterprise supply chain should also have necessary changes. The ability to integrate, spread and apply the knowledge is a kind of important means for enterprises to gain core competitive advantages. Knowledge management has become a key factor in the process of enterprise supply chain management. This paper firstly has an analysis of the inner link between enterprise knowledge management and supply chain. Then, it thoroughly analyzes the barriers existing in the aspect of the knowledge management in supply chain. And finally, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures accordingly.
