Abstract
Regional capital markets are connected with regional economic development. In order to arouse people´s concerns and realize leapfrog development of capital markets in developing areas during Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, the paper not only keeps an eye on developing Guangxi, but also investigates on dependence degree of Guangxi economy to financial development, dynamic relation between financing structure and economic development, evaluation of capital markets vitality and securitization.
