Abstract :
The selection of monitoring parameters is the principal condition for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of hydraulic system of excavator, a new method of selecting monitoring parameters based on AHP is proposed by analyzing faults of hydraulic system. And to take example for the main pump, the hierarchical model of its monitoring parameters is constructed and four correlative rules are confirmed. Appropriative monitoring parameters of the main pump are optimally selected. Finally all monitoring parameters are obtained by the same method, which are used for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of hydraulic system of excavator, and the study gives a new idea for the selection of engineering machinery´s monitoring parameters.
