On media model and management countermeasures of tacit knowledge

Tacit knowledge plays an important role in organizational knowledge innovation and in enabling an organization to attain a sustained competitive advantage. Therefore, How to discern tacit knowledge is important for an organization to cultivate, apply and renew its core competences. This paper borrows the concept of enzyme in biology, defines catalytic tacit knowledge as tacit knowledge enzyme and analyzes the process of catalytic and innovative role of tacit knowledge enzyme. The management countermeasures about tacit knowledge enzyme are discussed in order to use tacit knowledge better.
