Abstract :
With the rise and development of positive psychology, people concentrate more on their forte and positive psychological capacities. On this background, as a positive personal state, work engagement has become a new research hot spot in the fields of organizational behavior and human resource management. Based on previous study and interviews, this article takes female entrepreneurs as the research object and explores the influencing factors on work engagement of female entrepreneurs through quantitative study.
