Abstract
We describe the system we developed to make the authoring of 3D computer graphic animations easy for nonprofessionals. The system features several new elements such as the lip-synchronization system and motion edit software. Using the lip-synchronization system, we can easily synchronize the motion of the mouth shape with voice data. We apply automatic segmentation of voice data to properly set keyframes. The motion edit software intelligently emphasizes the motion data, which is obtained from real motion by motion capturing, to make it fit to a particular animation character
