Abstract :
Private higher education contributed significantly the process of popularization of higher education, to provide the opportunities for higher education for many students, to alleviate the contradiction between the shortage of government funding for education in China and the demand for higher education expansion, and to some extent reduced the uneven development of Higher Education between eastern and western regions. This paper proposes how the private higher education out of the woods countermeasures, for the functional disadvantages of stratification of higher education.
