Abstract :
A combination of optimization practices both for continuous and discrete parameters optimization is carried out, based on particle swarm optimization, and is applied to power circuit design. The system under optimization is an active rectifier, operated by means of a resonant controller and utilized to set sinusoidal input waveforms in system grid.
