Abstract :
The COBRA experiment is using CdZnTe semiconductor detectors for rare event searches, especially neutrinoless double beta decay. The experimental setup, using 16 CPG detectors of 1 cm3 size underground, is described and current results are presented. An outlook into future activities and the potential of using pixelated CZT detectors is given.
