Abstract
Demagnetising ships is one of the essential questions for marine. Demagnetising devices make high demands of supply convertors: high power, efficiency, supply capability from both: AC and DC lines, low pulsation of the output current, supply polarity variation. Modern trends also include the development of high-efficient, reliable and compact converters. In this paper, the module technique convertor with series-parallel module connection, allowing decreasing losses in semiconductor elements and significantly reducing overall dimensions and weight, is developed.
