Abstract :
Road performance could be restored or improved under the original pavement materials were furthest reused, if the technology of the emulsified asphalt cold recycling upper base was used in expressway asphalt pavement heavy maintenance. Because the original pavement materials were reused by the cold recycling technology, maintenance cost, road paving resources, and fuel oil were all saved, at the same time, CO2 and SO2 gas emissions were all reduced.
