The Analysis and Innovation to Logistics Outsourcing of Manufacturing Enterprises

Logistics outsourcing is a kind of business pattern commonly used by manufacturing enterprises to improve business efficiency, but traditional outsourcing model has its drawbacks, and theorists still have not solutions. The paper discusses the advantages and the problems of traditional logistics outsourcing from the basic logistics and logistics outsourcing context, then proposes a new type of logistics outsourcing based on logistics integration according to the basic theory of supply chain management, to provides a new way to resolve the the shortcomings of the traditional logistics outsourcing used by manufacturing enterprises.
