Abstract
In order to solve local technical and ecological problems, a portable autonomous electrochemical complex AK-1 with a flow-through porous cathode has been developed. The paper provides some prospective areas and practical examples of its efficient application for local purification of technological solutions. It also demonstrates the advantages of using a flow-through porous cathode made of metallized syntepon to recover silver from photographic solutions.
