Abstract :
In order to conduct the effective tests for the dynamic strength and durability of auto front axle rocker, the similarity theory is applied to design a rocker constraint device which can ensure the rocker have axial linearity and radial nonlinearity both in the test bench and in the actual case. In this way, the test in high intensity and heavy load, which are worse than the actual conditions, can reveal the inherent laws of component failure effectively and accurately.
