Abstract
The brief characteristic of a role of electronic engineering in information of a society, condition and prospects of its development is given. The situation in the market cheap notebook and in a segment of supercomputers is considered. The possible directions of the further updating of element base nanoelectronics are shown. The information on a condition of works on manufacturing integrated microcircuits on technological norms 32, 45, 51 and 55 HM is resulted.
