Abstract
In the work the basic leading-outs of the structural theory of strength are resulted, the most effective dislocation models of reinforcement are formulated which provide the raise of constructive strength of alloys. Treatment aimed at activization of effective models of reinforcement is offered. It is shown, that comminution of NbCN to nanosizes at thermoplastic reinforcement of steel raises its constructive strength.
