Abstract :
This paper describes design and implementation a impedance measurement unit for medium-voltage dc power systems, focusing on the injection circuit and its control. The unit is capable of characterizing in-situ source and load impedances in dc power system up to 6000 V dc and 300 A in the frequency range from 0.1 Hz-1 kHz.
