Abstract :
Presents the ideology of the improved system of atmospheric air quality monitoring in the city of Tomsk: (1) development of the existing system of instrumental monitoring with the help of an increase of watch points and visualization of polluted atmospheric air on the basis of geoinformation technologies; (2) creation of a computer model of diffusing dangerous pollution from stationary and auto transport polluters, working constantly and showing the current, detailed distribution of the concentration of polluting substances in atmospheric air over the whole territory of Tomsk; (3) the model gets raw information from the base of sources of emission of polluting substances, and accounting concentrations are integrated in a system of visualization with data of instrumental measures. Observed data of the year 2007 in new watch points are shown and analyzed, and a mechanism of using the system of visualization is described for a given point of the city.
