Abstract
The problem addressed is that of reconstructing the intensity profile as a function of position on the surface of an object from field measurements obtained with a ring array. The work is motivated by the need for signal processing algorithms for tomographic imaging at Terahertz (THz) wavelengths. Potential applications range from perimeter surveillance and standoff detection to imaging for THz walkthrough portals. A drawback in generating THz imagery has been the absence of focal plane sensing technology. The paper presents an alternative approach for computational reconstruction based on correlative interferometry of the array measurements
