Abstract :
In this paper, we analyze some characteristics of parallel dense matrix operations which include data structure of matrix, distributing strategy of parallel memory space and boundary processing of matrix. Then the matrix inversion algorithm and its efficiency are given. Meanwhile, the differentiation of this matrix inversion algorithm and the algorithm of PLAPACK software package is compared, and then the robustness of these two different algorithms is analyzed. Lastly, the example of this algorithm in the survey adjustment problem of geodesy is given.
