Abstract :
In this paper, we show that a single snapshot using a uniform linear array can be applied to interferences cancellation problems in spatial array signal processing. In this context, the antenna weight vector is calculated using a projection matrix constructed from a single snapshot instead of using the eigen-decomposition of the sample covariance matrix. The benefits of this method are two-fold; it reduces the computational cost required by the eigen-decomposition and the number of snapshots. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method through simulations of different scenarios including coherent and uncorrelated interferences
