A powerful and inexpensive supervision and control system for highly distributed power plants networks

The paper describes the architecture and the functions of a new system, which has been designed to achieve an open base for the supervision, not only for energy systems (for Italtel and other builders), but also for other equipment like air conditioning, fireproof systems, etc. This is the result of a new approach for developing supervision and control systems. This document contains a detailed description of the functionality of the whole system and of its possible applications. Among the characteristics that are illustrated later, the capability of the system to fit the standards is very important, as is the availability of the product for different platforms (hardware and software)
